What can sometimes be an onanistic comedic exercise in exhaustion known as the One Man Show is turned into a strength here by the framing alone. Plus, it’s funny.
What I didn't like
There were some technical hiccups in the transitions that can be improved, but effective overall.
My overall impression
A one man show for one man? That’s the premise for this unique entry in the subgenre of bunker-based post-apocalyptic comedy. I felt as though I was losing my mind along with Mr. Benaquist, trapped in the unique hades of our own making. And after this experience I will never take advantage of an innocent chew toy ever again.
