What I liked
Lanessa’s songs work so well with the comedy of the show. She is able to combine the singing and standup so smoothly you hardly notice the transitions from one section to another.
What I didn't like
I think this is just the beginning for Lanessa and the more she continues to write and perform, the more she will continue to improve. And if she is absolutely hilarious now, I can’t even imagine how funny she will be in a couple of years.
My overall impression
I’m convinced Lanessa is going places, big places. She is new, she is fresh and she is so, so funny. This show is absolutely hilarious, heartwarming and relatable. Lanessa combines music and comedy flawlessly, moving seemlessly from song to standup. If you can get off your couch and come see this show you will not only not regret it, but you will want others to see it too.
