What I liked
The nuances! A labored sigh here, a perfectly timed glare there, those nuances made the difference between an apt performance and a glorious one!
What I didn't like
I felt that poor Laura didn’t get enough credit for developing the technology that eradicated illness, resurrects the (almost) dead, and immortality! Considering that, a few clones were worth the sacrifice, right?!? Maybe? Just me? Kkthxbai.
My overall impression
All things considered, the caliber of this show is beyond par from what you would usually find at a local theater. The cast brings a palpable energy to the stage which is almost as impressive as their singing talents. From the lighthearted book to the knee slapping songs, the show elicits a smile from the audience which lasts long after the metaphorical curtains have drawn.
