The tiny nods to EVERYSINGLE Julia movie. Some subtle. Some blatantly obvious. All delightful.
What I didn't like
Wanted it to be longer. Wanted more!
My overall impression
The Complete Works of Julia Roberts was my favorite show at Fringe this year by far. The original music is just incredible: Pretty Woman’s “Mergers and Acquisitions” is a standout, and “That Was the Night I Died” gives a proper tribute to Sleeping With the Enemy and Flatliners. The lead, Haley Ashlin, gives an electric performance. You won’t be able to take your eyes off of her. Julia, if you’re reading this, you will love this show!
