My overall impression

I was hoping for some real perspective here, but was crestfallen at the curtain call. It is a little disheartening when you live in a day and an Age, where performers can insult the very people that protect them— allowing performers the freedom of speech to insult their protectors. It’s a kin to a British performer performing on the London stage in the 1940s and making fun of the British people while they are trying to fight the Nazis.

He’s a very capable performer who had a clever turn of the phrase and some funny jokes, but it would have been much more powerful if the show was more truthful, even though it had some truths in it. He was 100 percent a mouth piece and talking points for the far left in this country who believe the war is all about oil (nothing tying that to 911), that American Soldiers are stupid. Although he didn’t say “Bush lied and people died” but that was the mentality of the piece.

If he would have talked about the real torture chambers of Iran and Iraq where they hang you by hooks from the ceiling, cut off fingers for each questioned not answered, hang you by your scrotum, and then cut your head off. Then compared it to Guantanamo where they put you in hot and cold rooms, make you listen to Britney Spears, don’t let you sleep… Even waterboarding is a mild discomfort compared to the real torture chambers.

He took isolated incidents and made them seem like they were every day occurrences. Nothing was mentioned about how the prisoners are regularly exercised every day with swimming pools, volleyball courts and soccer matches. Nothing about how the military has bent over backwards to please the prisoners by giving them special meals, prayer matts and special pray times, arranging the day to fit their religious beliefs and Holidays.

Nothing about how the famous Time Magazine picture of the guy with the hood on, all hooked up was in fact a pose—NOT an actual live picture of a real torturing.

Guantanamo was a public relations nightmare and runaway train hijacked by the left of this country which drove it for all it was worth for their own agenda, not realizing they they were actually making the situation worst and getting more Americans and Allies killed in the process.

This show does pretty much the same thing. Continues the lies, perpetuates myths and half truths. He travels to Pakistan spreading the lies, upsetting more Muslims, inciting them to join the fight against America and her Allies with his show. It’s really unbelievable if you come to think about it.

Then Abie calls for Guantanamo to be closed, but doesn’t realize that few in America actually want it closed because most people know that it wasn’t truthfully portrayed in the media and that Obama jumped on the bandwagon to satisfy his far left base when announcing it’s closure.

Let’s see him do a FAIR show which includes the real torture chambers of the Middle East and then draw some conclusions. Let’s see him present it in Pakistan and see how far he gets. Not too far with his head intact, I imagine.
