What I liked

Overall, there are some gorgeous voices on display here and some fine harmony work. Reagan Osborne is a standout. Jessica J’aime delivered her solos beautifully without pushing and with an imposing presence. Amanda Goodman was doing some really lovely character work as OCD with an engaging solo. Mr. Cellophane was brilliantly used.

With actors portraying various mental illnesses, many of the numbers were performed with an inward focus which made the moments of connection more poignant. A solid reminder of the importance of human connection and relationship.

What I didn't like

When staging performers in and through the audience space you make portions of the show impossible for some audience members to see. The intimacy of the Three Clubs setting does not necessitate pushing for volume, yet several singers did so to the point of distortion.

My overall impression

A well-sung, themed cabaret mix of popular and musical theatre songs.
