What I liked

Very haunting and HUMANIZING story filled with desert magic and illusion.

What I didn't like

The connection between the two actors in the 2nd scene. Needed more variety and relationship. Really wanted to care more about these people but it felt a little stiff in the directing. The language was doing a lot of the work for this portion.

My overall impression

Really beautiful writing. If sam shepard were a woman. Great actors. The first scene was more powerful than the 2nd. Actors really handling the language with grace and strength and beauty. Loved the simple and transformative set and lights. I felt transported. Looking forward to more work from this writer.
