What I liked
I’ve appeared at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and was not aware there was one here in Hollywood. This show captured all the best elements of Scotland! Craziness, dedicated performers, making any nook work as a space to perform, interacting with the audience, dodging the bar workers and patrons…. It was a totally encompassing hour! The venue was great as well: never been to the Three Corners, and it was a great capture of divey, seventies bars! With food delivered to you inside! Truly, food, booze and an hilarious show provide for an amazing alternative to tired taco-Tuesday’s all over town. Recommended: pork sliders, and poutine! Tip well (bar staff as well as food bar), and you will be taken care of!
What I didn't like
I have nothing negative to say. It was everything I hoped it would be!
My overall impression
Go early, have a drink, any seat for the show is a great seat, and nosh afterwards! You can do all of that, and still be done before 9:30!
