What I liked

There were a lot of laughs! The cast did a great job of infusing humor into small moments. I loved Feno’s gang, whether lurking in the background as brooding vampires (vampiers?) or quietly mocking Brenda.

What I didn't like

Some of the blood effects needed a bit of work… some blood didn’t reach the “splatter zone”, and some was thrown beyond it — I was outside the zone and got blood on me, but not enough to be a big deal. The cast was really great about any mishaps, and it made for some really funny moments. So, actually, not a “dislike” at all!

My overall impression

Fun, campy, and entertaining. The story is familiar and relatable, with a few good twists up its sleeve. Overall, not without it’s hiccups, but still a fun night out!
