A(partment 8) has a really interesting concept and is completely different than anything I’ve seen so far at the Fringe festival. It was short as well, which meant that I could squeeze it into a time slot and still manage to catch multiple other shows as well without worrying about having to rush. The intimacy is wonderful.
What I didn't like
It was too short. It’s a striking, exhilarating 10 minutes, but I wish that it could’ve been a bit longer and maybe exploring more parts of the world other than what we were given during the project.
My overall impression
It was a unique experience that is certainly hard to find anywhere else at the Fringe Festival, and at its short run time, it yearns for more material, but what is provided is very fascinating and thought-provoking and certainly worth a chance if you can spare some extra change for the ticket.
