A performance of the carnival & circus sideshow arts, as instructed from an extremely rare record album entitled “How To Do Sideshow For Fun & Profit.” This one-of-a-kind album and its accompanying texts have been the subject of research by USC Professor Scott Andronicus Smith, PhD, who will present his findings about this unprecedented find, in addition to inviting members of the audience onstage to follow the actual recorded instructions of how to lay on bed of nails, eat fire, and other classic sideshow acts while (hopefully) remaining uninjured.
