My overall impression

It’s not Shakespeare. It IS bad—but in a deliberate, fun, Ed Wood-esque way. At the same time, you also find yourself genuinely wondering what in the world is behind everything as it goes along, so it does achieve that level as well.

I’ve seen some really good, earnest, thought-provoking pieces in the Fringe this year. Think of this as a palate cleanser for in between them—a chance to just shut your brain off and just enjoy some big, cheesy fun based on old bad horror flicks!
