One of the bravest pieces of theatre art I have encountered and mesmerizingly personal. I felt so connected to the creator/writer/actor, to the person up there whose life was being laid out for us to analysis as she honestly assesses her greatest failures and ultimately her greatest strength. It was a poignant and affecting 95 minutes that inspired me to attempt to get deeper in touch with my own life’s story, to acknowledge the “writing” I haven’t done, which is to say the paths I so far have chosen to avoid taking, and to pay tribute to the ones I have. I loved this play because it so beautifully informed me of yet another level of the magic that can be conjured by the art of theatre.
