Colin Mitchell has created a work of art, nothing less, a great story unfolded by a master storyteller. Go see this show, and afterwards you'll be amazed as you think back and realize it was just one man on stage. You leave feeling like you've experienced an epic. And it's a fun piece, as well, not overly dramatic, histrionic, or so weighty that it goes too far. Every little detail, every word spoken, and every single emotion was perfect. Really an example of great theatre. ... full review

I'm guessing this will be the best piece of storytelling that I'll see at the Fringe this year. Colin is mesmerizing, the writing is superb and the whiskey is smooth. Take my advice and take the whiskey. See this show. ... full review

He had me with his Entrance. Captivated by the honesty of his acting. A wonderful vehicle showcasing the many talents of a multi-faceted Colin. Great writing which is often witty and cleverly funny in unexpected moments while injecting thought provoking life truths. Beautifully acted. ps. I love that "love muscle" rant. It was thoroughly engaging, beautiful direction from Christian Levatino.... full review

Colin Mitchell leads his audience to salvation, across 2 continents, & deep inside a bottle of whiskey in this charming & violent tale. Mitchell's a master storyteller, using only his voice & physicality to bring his sharp writing to a theatrically told story that gives life to a character that seems equal parts myth & man. As satisfying as a forkful of haggis after a night at the pub.... full review

A compelling narrative matched with a grounded performance. This show lets you peer inside the mind of a man who has lived with the choices of his past his whole life. There's strong storytelling and it's a deep performance, the actor, Colin Mitchell is entrenched and truly feels the material.... full review
