My overall impression

Two Rooms is a timely portrait of how politics can influence and overwhelm a world gone wrong. It is focused on the kidnapping of an American educator in Beirut, and draws us into the largest conflict facing the world today, The Arab world vs. The West. Belinda Gosbee gives a fine, and emotional performance as the estranged wife. Christopher DeVinny is the sympathetic hostage. Mario Vernazza is a prodding journalist, looking for angles. The beautiful Catherine Siggins gives a powerfully controlled, and thoughtful performance as the State Department representative who must come to terms with what is politically correct, versus morally right. under Amir Korangy’s direction, Two Rooms is a show not to be missed!
