Kevin Neighbors (He, Him)

Kevin, an LA-based theatre professional, poet, filmmaker, and teaching artist. Kevin has produced two Award Winning Solo Shows, VERSATILE: stories from inside the closet of a half Black gay man, and #RIPJonathanXavier, that have collectively received 9 awards including Broadway World LA’s Best Solo Production. Kevin holds a Theatre and Performance BFA from the University of Idaho with an Emphasis in digital media production and journalism. As producer Kevin employs his knowledge of digital media and communications to creatively engage and draw in audiences to his shows. Outside of his theatre and education work Kevin consults with artists and small businesses to develop their brands and marketing strategies.

Jared Pixler (He, Him)

Jared has participated in the Hollywood Fringe Festival and various Fringe Festivals since 2013. He has a BFA in Musical Theater and an MFA in Theatre—Creative Producing from CalArts. He is a social media manager for several companies and a Creative Producer for MB Stage Productions. He is also a director and playwright. His critical takeaways for marketing are knowing your audience (who is it for and why) and addressing and resolving cognitive dissonance in the theater by telling the story. If you have the time, I recommend starting with “All Marketers Are Liars: The Power of Telling Authentic Stories in a Low-Trust World” by Seth Godin.

Ruby Marez (She, Her) / Ramón (He, Him)

Ruby Marez is not just a triple threat but a quintuple threat as a comedian, drag performer, actor, writer, and first-generation Latina!

In 2023, she won “Best Cabaret & Variety Show” from the Hollywood Fringe Community for her show The Ramón Show + Friends: Collective Healing.

In 2022, her debut Hollywood fringe show featuring her drag king/alter ego Ramón, “The Ramón Show: Spiritual Cheerleading 101,” garnered critical acclaim and won multiple awards at the Hollywood Fringe Festival in 2022, including “Best Immersive and Games Show from the Hollywood Fringe Community,” “Pick of The Fringe,” and a “Producers Encore Award.” Ruby currently tours this award-winning show to colleges, theaters, and various venues across the United States. And when she’s not entertaining audiences with her solo show, she’s bringing her drag king, Ramón, to festivals, comedy shows, and immersive, interactive events.

Ruby is also a multi-talented writer, co-writing the original comedic pilot “Year Zero,” which was an I.F.P. finalist (now known as The Gotham Awards) and went into development in 2018.
