The word Bravery is thrown around a lot these days in theatre, but this production is perhaps the Bravest thing I have seen on stage. Teruko is unabashedly honest, hilarious, and just downright moving in her solo show. She proves herself as not only a necessary presence in the theatre, but also a necessary presence in the world.
