Anna Simone Scott’s directorial debut short film has really taken flight. It has been scooping awards at Film Festivals all over the world and now lands at the Hollywood Fringe Festival. This stunning work starring Sarah De La Isla and Joel Stoffer is a lyrical and moving drama set on the plains of Wyoming. When a young girl moves to her grandparents ranch, she unearths the family secret which changes her life forever. Based on the play written by Terri Sissman, who also wrote the screenplay, the film earned the Honorable Filmmaker Award at La Femme Film Festival and Special Acknowledgment in Milan as well as Winner of Best Film and Audience Pick in Maryland. And to top this winning streak, exciting newcomer, Sarah De La Isla, most recently won the 2012 Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a Short Film. Expect to see more of Anna Simone Scott and Sarah De La Isla!
