HOLLYWOOD July 25, 2011 – Lanford Wilson’s “Home Free” and David Wisehart’s “Endgame” have been selected for Best of Hollywood Fringe Festival (BOHFF) and will perform on a double bill for a night of twisted fun! The show is one night only, Saturday July 30, 9:30 pm, at Theatre Asylum in Hollywood.

About Home Free

“At once bizarre and captivating, unnerving and fun.”
— Melanie Keller, LA Theatre Review

Lanford Wilson’s first one-act drama, “Home Free” is about Joanna and Lawrence Brown, a pair of incestuous siblings in their mid 20s living in a fantasy world. Surrounding themselves in a cluttered playroom, which they share with their two imaginary children, the two have created a world where play becomes the norm and reality is a dangerous place to be kept away. A show filled with fun, games, adventures and surprises. Ryan Lahetta and Morgan Michaels present the revival of “Home Free,” directed by Lois Weiss.

About Endgame

“GO!”
—L.A. Weekly

“Think Hitchcock with a dash of ‘The Twilight Zone.’ The writing is as good as the performances.”
—Lovell Estell III, L.A. Weekly

“The beauty and the complexity of this story comes through clear in every detail of staging and acting.”
—Erin Scott, LA Theatre Review

A game of chess between a lonely writer and a woman of mystery leads to a surprising endgame and an unexpected mate. Starring Rachel Andrea Cox, Couso, and Brian Iliescu. Written, directed, and produced by David Wisehart.
