What:
SMORGASBORD is a one-woman Cooking Show. Anneli Olafson is a 4H project leader who is representing her home state of Minnesota at the Iowa State Fair. During the course of demonstrating how to make a Swedish Smorgasbord, Anneli begins to unravel as the recipes begin to ignite her dysfunctional past. Determined not to be undone, she cooks her way to sanity. A meal is prepared onstage and served to the audience afterward.
