THE SHOW ABOUT NAVIGATING FAMILIAL BOUNDARIES IN FRAUGHT TIMES

Us and You

view project

Julia and her husband Brian have taken in her older brother Sam, but when a year of getting back on his feet turns into three, they have to find a way to help him move on. His countless attempts at failing business ventures never seem to pay off and finally their recent pregnancy feels like the perfect catalyst to kick him out until they suffer a miscarriage. Boundaries broken and emotions frayed, they attempt to find a healthier way to love each other.

“Us and You” was written by creative and life duo Kristen and Zach Phaneuf, with the help of friends near and far, but especially Jeff Goins and Eric Isenhower. These characters, like all of us, need community, acceptance, understanding, and love. Without healthy boundaries and an abundance of humor the pursuit of these needs often goes awry.
