THE MOST FUN FUNERAL

The Most Fun Funeral

view project

Universal Fact: Everyone Dies.

Universal Truth: Some die in a monumental, epic, joy-filled
explosion of awesomeness.

Anne Brashier hosts a performance party about death, joy, and zombies. This highly interactive solo show explores the dark, depressing, awkward world of funerals through the magic of song, dance, jokes, and fireworks!

Proceeds benefit Skylight NZ, offering grief support to kids and families.

The Most Fun Funeral is a life-affirming, non-cynical, hour-long show
about death, joy, ghosts, and zombies.

Don’t miss this interactive performance experience that is
part PARTY, part FUNERAL, and all FUN.

An expert at losing parents, Anne takes a gleefully irreverent approach to putting fun in funerals. Daring, unexpected, a little like Sarah Silverman, Anne’s vibrant exploration of grief will have you laughing in the face of death!

Get ready to have the best time of your life . . . and death.

The Most Fun Funeral is made possible by Skylight NZ, Party Masters Wellington, The NZ Fringe Fest, CapitalE, The Fringe Bar, RESN, Sally at The Emerging Artist’s Trust, Astrid, Franc, Robbie, and Brian, who makes Anne’s heart leap.

Skylight NZ : Because Grief Happens, and Support Matters.
