SEEKIDRUN PRESENTS SIZZLE

Sizzle

Los Angeles’ SeeKidRun presents Sizzle, an original sketch-comedy show of social enlightenment. Performing June 8th, 15th, and 22nd in Hollywood Fringe Festival 2017.

In Sizzle, childlike stage designs give way to hard-hitting performances and daring social commentary. Artistic Director Jasmine McLaurin brings together twelve comedic performers to execute the show’s commitment to effective storytelling and community awareness.

About the Show

Sizzle was created to help audiences of different colors, ideologies, and creeds become more familiar with one another. One of the series’ major focuses is to create a platform for performers and viewers of color.

Each show, Sizzle honors someone that is doing amazing community work, showcases a local talent, and conducts a donation drive for a particular cause. The show made its debut in Washington, DC in the fall of 2015, and it continues to grow with Los Angeles as its new home base.

About the Presenter

SeeKidRun is a multi-service production house and presenter, ran exclusively by the "rookies.” The company strives to show that talent and a strong work ethic proves to be an ageless and powerful pair.
