HFF SCHOLARSHIP WINNER CHATTER

CHATTER

view project

Hollywood Fringe Festival 2017 Scholarship Winner CHATTER tackles the battle we all face against our own inner voices of self-doubt.

Award-winning screenwriter Natasha Lewin’s first foray into LA theater is a dark comedy loosely based on her own struggles as a mixed Jewish woman, and with her experiences with suicide.

The story follows Vanessa as she attempts to silence the voices that tell her she’s not young, black, Jewish, thin, white, and together enough to be a complete person.

A diverse, female cast is heading up the production.

CHATTER has also partnered with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention for the run of the show as well.

CHATTER is
written, directed and produced by Natasha Lewin and co-produced by Angel Hunter.

Starring by order of appearance:
