What if you’re holding a gun? What if you’re holding a gun and you’re six-years-old? You can’t possibly know that killing someone is forever. Can you?

The World Premier of Rena Brannan’s thought-provoking, one-act play Mount Vernon – the first in the three part series of Brannan’s Constitutional plays – opens this June at the Hollywood Fringe Festival.

Directed by Peter Marc Jacobson (The Nanny, Happily Divorced), Sophie Ward (Land Girls, A Village Affair, Young Sherlock Holmes) and Brandon Ruiter (Crisis, Into the Storm) star in a play by Rena Brannan (The Cu*ts, 38th Parallel) about the reunion of two people whose lives were changed in an instant.
