Award-winning illusionist Simon Coronel brings his critically acclaimed solo show, “Glitches In Reality” to The Hollywood Fringe.

Featuring an amazing blend of illusion, theatre, comedy, and music, this is an hour of entertainment that will change the way you perceive reality itself.

After winning the “Most Popular Show” award at the Melbourne Magic Festival season last year, illusionist Simon Coronel brings “Glitches In Reality to the main stage at The Butterfly Club for a headline season. Coronel has traversed the globe, picking up a swag of accolades and mind-bending techniques using simple and unexpected items such as a juice bottle, a padlock, and a Gummy Worm.

His show blends traditional illusions with modern technology, resulting in an experience that dares to challenge audiences perceptions of reality itself. Drawn together by a unique blend of clowning, theatre and magic, Simon has the audience rolling in the aisles with laughter one moment and gripping the chairs in anticipation the next.

Simon is also the recent winner of “Highly Commended New Work” at the 2013 Short+Sweet Theatre Festival. He boasts television appearances in four countries and is a regular performer at The Magic Castle in LA, a private club which attracts the best illusionists and magicians from around the world. His work has won him the respect of industry leaders. Indeed, his leading image to promote the show was taken by David Copperfield’s design director in Las Vegas.
