Ah the trials and tribulations of the “real” world. You hear it repeatedly in college. “Just wait until you get into the real world!” You shrug it off thinking, “what is this—the fake world?” And then you get out and realize “oh man,” they were not wrong… Follow Kate down the rabbit hole, if you dare, for a darkly comedic look at her 20-something struggles in this #postmodern #realword.

Kate Poisson is a BFA Theatre grad from Virginia Commonwealth University who hails from D.C. She recently birthed her LA baby by celebrating 9 months of living in crazy town to pursue all of her wildest dreams. Still relentlessly taking classes here (as it goes) in acting, singing and with The Groundlings, Kate created this show to truly put her skills to the test outside of the classroom and into the #realworld.
