“CAN’T TAKE MY (EYES) OFF OF YOU” is a New Comedy/Drama Written by LAFPI Member and FRINGE Award-Nominee FIONA LAKELAND, and Directed by Yale School of Drama Graduate ADRIAN LATOURELLE.

Los Angeles, CA – The World Premiere of “Can’t Take My (EYES) Off of You” is presented by Fermented Apples and Theatre of NOTE for the Fifth Annual Hollywood Fringe Festival with shows running June 17 through June 28. It is a play about discovering who you are, and when to stand up for what you believe!

“When Stefan met Holly, all bets were off. And the last person he wanted to tell was his best friend Katherine. But when their relationship develops at a pace that is quite a bit faster than either of them expected it to be, a lingering secret could tear it all apart.”

This is the second collaboration between Fiona Lakeland and Kimberly Connolly, the creators of the 2013 Award-Nominated Fringe Hit “STRANDED” – (Nominee) Ezra Buzzington Spirit of the Fringe Award, Best Writing: Fiona Lakeland for “STRANDED”.

Ironically, our first experience working together was working on a scene from John Patrick Shanley’s “Four Dogs and a Bone” in class playing two rivalrous actresses each trying to tear the other one down. But we are just the opposite of that. We have an incredible passion, love, and respect for each other’s work.”

CAN’T TAKE MY (EYES) OFF OF YOU will make it’s world premiere at Theatre of NOTE this June as part of the 2014 Hollywood Fringe Festival. It will have Six Festival Performances: June 17 at 8pm; June 18 at 10pm; June 21 at 10pm; June 24 at 8pm; June 25 at 10 pm; and June 28 at 10pm. All shows will be performed at Theatre of NOTE, 1517 N. Cahuenga Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90028. Tickets are $10 general admission, and PWYC for Fringe Volunteers and Participants.
