Please note that during Fringe Festival, parking can be very challenging. Please plan to come early. Side streets to park – Seward, Hudson, Lexington Avenue. TIP: After 6pm – Loading Zones are good spots to take.

We love shows that utilize our space to create an atmosphere, an event. The styles we foster have their roots in Popular (or People’s) Theatre: clown, punk, absurd, grotesque, cabaret, farce, vaudeville, melodrama, commedia dell’arte, noir, fantastic realism. These styles can come in any form: physical theatre, dance, performance art, music band, street event, carnival. We especially support international collaborations grounded in bold experiments.
