Hands down the best vocals I have ever heard in a Fringe show. If you love fun arrangements of Broadway tunes and pop songs, see this show. My only complaint is that I wanted to hear more of Markesha Chatfield singing... that lady is amazing!...

Divorced, beheaded, died... The prayer-like repetition of the fates of the wives takes us through the trial of Henry, who refuses to get it even as he is surrounded by the proof of his misogyny. Anne Boleyn and Katherine of Aragon are given especially striking performances as they finally get their chance to get a word in edgewise. ...

As I'm writing this there are no performances left, which is sad for whoever is reading this who didn't catch it. Smart directing, wonderful actors, and a killer script. As much as the Fringe is a great place for unpublished new stuff, S.A.G. is one of my favorite playwrights and these artists were so smart to lean on his great writing. Funny and frustrating, the performances took a great script and broke your heart with it. ...
