I am a writer/performer from Ft. Worth, Texas. I have an MA in Performance Studies from the University of North Texas and am currently completing coursework in a PhD in Aesthetics Studies (writing/performance) at the University of Texas at Dallas. I grew up on stage, performing in plays, musicals, and choir events through college. For the last four years now, I have worked as an arts critic for Theater Jones (www.theaterjones.com). I made my solo performance debut in Dallas at the Margo Jones Theatre in August of 2014 and was subsequently invited to perform at the Audactiy Solo Salon in December 2014 and was given a special invitiation to apply to the Dallas Solo Fest in may of 2015. Recently, I also had a short double act about two men auditioning to play Santa Claus accepted to the Nouveau Holiday Show in Dallas, Texas.
