THE UNLEASHED AWARD

Description
The Unleashed Award is given to the ensemble show at the Hollywood Fringe Festival that best embodies the mission of Theatre Unleashed. We are looking for ensemble shows that pursue the art of good storytelling, while pushing artistic ambitions beyond restraints.
Qualifications
To qualify shows must:
Be an ensemble (2 or more people).
Submit for the award by the end opening day of the festival
Provide 2 complimentary tickets to Theatre Unleashed Award Judges.
Methodology
Theatre Unleashed selects 2 award judges from our company.
Those judges both see all shows that submit for the award. Using a rating scale developed by the Theatre Unleashed artistic team they score each show. The 5 Shows receiving the top scores by the end of the festival are nominees for the Unleashed Award. The award judges then make a recommendation to the artistic team for the Unleashed Award winner. The winner is chosen by the 2 Fringe judges and any members of the Theatre Unleashed artistic team who also saw the 5 nominated shows.
Reward
Winners receive a framed certificate and the Theatre Unleashed Award (an engraved dog tag and leash).
