What I liked

A re-imagination of myth, diving deeper into the ideas of the story. Fantastic!

What I didn't like

Well, the actress playing the title character did a very good job. The actor playing Hades did not quite gel with the material—he is good, to be sure. I can easily see him as Stanley Kowalsky for example in STREETCAR, but his firmly naturalistic style didn’t work with this story or language. Mind you, this is a subtle point.
My real problem is that I think it needs another ten minutes or so.

My overall impression

I am a huge sucker for mythology of all kind, and delving deeper into the ideas of same. So this is just candy for my imagination! I do think it needs some work, though. I wanted a longer piece—not that much longer but some.
