What I liked
I loved the surreal nature of the production – characters breaking the fourth wall as intuitive chorus. The nightmare dream sequence enacted by the other awake characters. The playful synergy.

My overall impression
Up Down Stuck Stick – the claustrophobia of being stuck in a small space with people you don’t know is probably a very intense fear for many people. Up Down Stuck Stick takes this confinements to new heights with playful moves involving bodily fluids to dreams about flying. But the power behind the play is the stories about the people who get stuck in life and how some stay that way whilst others change their positions.
