My overall impression

Enthusiastic and kinetic. Nice pacing in this modern adaptation by Stina Pederson. Allison Powell is the lynch pin of the cast with engaging performances by those around her.

The piece has moments that will lead to you empathic frustration on behalf of Catherine’s trials, as well as fun moments of levity. You’ll leave this show feeling good with a smile.

Noble fringe work.

The crème de la crème of parody movies, Airplane!, comes to you LIVE on stage in a show that both satirizes and lovingly embraces the comedy classic you already know by heart.

Ripley Improv tells the tales of young women coming of age against a dystopian backdrop. Like the heroines of Hunger Games and Divergent, the women of DYSTOPIA fight the oppressive powers. DYSTOPIA is entirely improvised based on your suggestions!
