The Hollywood Fringe Festival kicks off with three short plays and live music that capture themes from ‘the Blues’
LOSANGELES, June 6, 2010 — When is it good to ‘feel Blue?’ When doing so involves a night of live theater. As part of the first-ever Hollywood Fringe Festival, three award-winning short plays will be performed, followed by the soulful music of blues singer/songwriter, Laura Duncan.
The plays, ‘Property,’ ‘A Gravedigger’s Tale,’ and ‘The Thread Men,’ all explore damaged people who struggle to exorcize their demons and come to terms with their conscience. Or learn to ignore it.
