My overall impression

Freshness, creativity and novelty. What I liked in this play is that it doesn’t pretend to be what it is not. It shows real characters and encourage the creation. I liked that through comedy they were able to bring up so many different subjects, on so many levels. The place of women in the show business industry, the sensibility of actors, their metaphysical questioning about themselves and their existence, the extravaganza and their oversized ego, their incapacity to differentiate their personal life and their professional life, etc. The actors are efficient and all have a strong personality. And to add to this, a couple of classical references here and there to remind you that this is new but “We” know what we’re talking about!
