MARTIN KENT is an Argentine-Spanish Mime actor born in the city of Buenos Aires.
Begin his studies in Children’s Vocational Theater at the age of 5, with the prestigious Drama Teacher Sarah Krell, in parallel with his primary studies, at the Mariano Moreno Public Library in Bernal. Prov. of Buenos Aires.
At the age of 14 he started his Aviation Technician studies, leaving at age 17 to move to Ibiza, Spain with part of his showbussiness relatives and that is where he began an unstoppable professional acting career to this day.
Adopted the stage name of MARTIN KENT, inspired by his Great Mentor, Frankie Kein, together with the Genious of performance, Lindsay Kemp, and his childhood Idol, Clark Kent.
Debut at the Cabaret in the 5 star Hotel TORRE DEL MAR.
Create Your First One -Man Show THE MARTIN KENT SHOW performing at the GRAND CASINO OF IBIZA, featuring top artists, Boney M and The Drifters.
And performs as a performance artist at World Famous, PACHA, SPACE, AMNESIA and KU.SLIPSTICK premieres in Buenos Aires in 2010 at HOTEL BAUEN, returns in 2012 to the oldest theater in the city, the GRAND MARGARITA XIRGU, where it is acclaimed by critics and the public. And in 2014 re premier LA FAMILIA SLIPSTICK in the mythical theater LA CASONA.He acts alongside the prestigious CHORUS KENNEDY where he represents his creation SISTERS ACT.
SLIPSTICK Grand premiere at 70 ´s EDINBURGH FRINGE FESTIVAL is in 2017 playing at C VENUES Theater and coming back this agoust.2018
His humor is highly inspired in the slapstick , the German Expressionism and the Mime Theater among his very own original ideas.becoming unique in his genre and today is considered by the critics as one of the best 2 Fregolists Transformist artists in the world.The audience from Southamerica, Spain, Holand, Belgium and United Kingdom adore him for the last 32 year of acclaimed success.
