All I can say is that this is a REALLY good show. Must see production. Roz is an incredibly storyteller that is engaging with her audience and keeps you captivated the entire time. It does everything a solo show should do and more. Feels like such a rehearsed and complete production, with great tech that supports the story. Alex Nauta crushes once again. The show is full of games that a lot of performers could not pull off. He's so comfortable in both characters during the show that you can tell he's put a lot of thought and craft into making this show what it is today. A stupid show for stupid people. Brian Byrne is a very talented clown who very believably plays a guy who has no idea what he's talking about. From his short pants to the weirdest combover I've ever seen, he bumbles around stage for a long time. It feels like every bit is coming to him for the first time which rules. David really knows how to tell a story and encapsulate a time period. I was laughing out loud with all of the 70's references and the humor peppered in with a story of his coming out journey that pulls at your heart strings. Hot Stalker is the kind of show that keeps you delightfully off balance. The first half has you convinced that the title refers to the woman on stage, only for the second half to pull the rug out from under you and reveal a completely different reality. Equal parts hilarious and heartbreaking, the show masterfully blurs the line between truth and perception. Sins of the father--and mother--haunt him as a father tries to atone, and mend the broken relationship with his daughter. ..with help from two clowns. Sound odd? No odder than real life. This honest, painful, hopeful play was just plain wonderful. This show absolutely blew me away. The entire cast lays it all out on the floor bringing you truly into this incredible storyline. Burt Thunders played by Eric Schinzer is a sight to behold. Its there will be blood, its Crank, its Bill O' Reilly " fuck it we'll do it live." I really enjoyed this show. It was very well written and the actors had great chemistry. You could feel the frustration between the widow and the friend, and the very different personalities of the two friends which made for a strong, but complicated bond. An incredibly powerful story told with humor and remarkable insight. Kathy Westfield masterly tells the story of her life and her experiences with abuse through compassion and reflection, without ever overwhelming the audience. The show is simple, with minimal set or props, and yet I felt engaged with her story the entire time.
