LOS ANGELES— For the love of Jonathon Taylor Thomas!… “Why is it that the guys you like, never like you back!?!” If you have ever asked yourself this question—because let’s be honest, you moved to LA to prove Mike Kopinski wrong (oh just me?)—come laugh at someone elses heartbreaks, awkward moments and numerous versions of the bowl cut.

Starting with her first crush, her brother’s Han Solo action figure (you thought I was about to say brother didn’t you?! … eww gross!) she traces a timeline of crushes leading the audience on a Boys II Men style journey of pain and heartbreak.

construction paper hearts Kiersten Lyons traces her timeline of crushes dating back
to a Han Solo action figure leading the audience on a journey of equally painful and
hysterical heartbreaks.

“Why is it that the guys you like, never seem to like you back?” If you ever have asked yourself this- and let’s be honest you’re going to a theater festival, so you have- come, sit back, and get ready to laugh at someone else’s crushes, heartbreaks and seriously awkward photos.

Tracing a timeline of crushes dating back to a Han Solo action figure, Kiersten uses what any good girl raised in the 80s and 90s would: an overhead projector and a handful of construction paper hearts as she attempts to figure out crushes, heartbreak and love.
