HOLLYWOOD, CA – Identity Productions has announced that it will extend its radiantly reviewed production of Stephen Belber’s TAPE for two final performances as part of the Best of the Hollywood Fringe at the Theatre Asylum mainstage. These last two shows will run on Thursday, July 19th and Thursday, July 26th at 8pm.
Among the buzz on LA’s top theatre website Bitter-Lemons.com, critic Bob Verini of Variety dubbed TAPE “without question the best production of this 2000 perennial I’ve ever seen, out of 4-5 of them including the 2001 movie….” and Les Spindle said this production of TAPE was “the finest Hollywood Fringe Festival production I’ve seen since the festival’s 2010 bow…....

HOLLYWOOD, CA – Comprised of artists from New York, LA and Chicago, the burgeoning team of “Identity Productions” has announced that it will present the compelling drama TAPE by acclaimed playwright Stephen Belber at the Hollywood Fringe Festival, 2012. The production will open on Saturday June 9th at ArtWorks Theatre Studio A during the Fringe Festival preview period, and run through June 22nd.
