"I AM NOT MY MAMMA" such an appropriate title. I really enjoyed Ms. Neecole Cockerhams performance. Her strength and stage presence was intoxicating. Her genius delivery magically made me visualize each and every event that she spoke of. I found myself ingulfed and hanging on to her every word. She had my full attention. Her comedic timing and dramatic delivery is what made this one woman stage play a winner in my book. ... full review

This autobiographical oeuvre will take you on an unexpected rollercoaster! I spent the entire show trying to get a glimpse of who this Neecole person was....and I saw her... a little girl in the midst of the insanity around her...a young tween overcoming the insanity around her...a college student creating insanity....and a burgeoning woman taking hold of the insanity that existed to step into her own womanhood. A well written piece about a sometimes chaotic life..that lets you into your own humanity as you see the love she has for those she calls family...in particular...her mother. She is not her mother...but , on some levels....she is...and she pays homage to that. Well done!... full review

Neecole Cockerham blows you away in her One Woman Show about her journey through life as a dynamic, intellectual, strong women from the west coast whom is determined to explore all the different ascepts of the rainbow to find her way without becoming a victim her experiences. The fire in her eyes keeps you open to embrace her passion and zest for all her layers of creative expression. I found myself laughing hysterically to having full blown tears from the highs and lows of emotion embodied from her performance. She surrendered to all that exuded from her and left me wanting more. This Is A Must See!... full review

This was my first time seeing a one woman show. But I felt as though there was ensemble cast, because Neecole Cockerham brings to life so many different characters on the stage! From beginning to end Neecole captivated the audience with her story, delivered in so many different facets but always keeping it authentic and REAL! From Commercial Queen to the self proclaimed "I Am Not My Mamma", Neecole Cockerham proves that she is a consummate entertainer!... full review
