In Revenge on Reality, what starts as a casual conversation between two roommates quickly escalates into a full on existential breakdown. Todd is a young aspiring writer trying to translate all the ideas swirling around his head into a coherent script, while his roommate Ben is just trying to keep him from spiraling out of control. Their talks weave through philosophical concepts, literary analysis, and references to films, shows, books and plays as Todd tries to get Ben to see reality the way he sees it. In less than an hour, the play dives down an absurd, hilarious rabbit hole until characters and audience alike are left questioning the entire nature of their reality.
