What I liked

I thought the costuming was great, particularly Adam and Samuel’s though I appreciated the patches on D, S, and M’s outfits that tied in to their backgrounds. There were definitely some fun and funny moments. Cindric’s performance as the homicidal maniac “S” was energetic and worryingly on-point, Cannello as Samuel was an understated but solid performance, and Little’s Adam was amusingly sassy (and what felt like a deliberate subversion of what you’d expect from the leader of a cult of demon-worshippers).

What I didn't like

I’d suggest three main areas to tighten up and help the show reach its full potential:
1) More thematic focus. Decide whether the goal is to be campy interactive horror, a demonic game show, to really make audiences feel like they’re part of an apocalyptic cult, or something else, and then refocus the script and direction to primarily achieve that end. In its current form the show feels a little indecisive about what it’s trying to be.
2) More character interaction. The show was at its best when it stepped away from longer-form monologues and let the characters banter/question/fight with one-another, and leaning into this more would help with the pacing issues that can arise when you have a lot of monologues with relatively stationary speakers.
3) More camp/energy. S and Samuel were both well-done, but I felt like the others could use a bit of tweaking. Adam would be even better with more presence and confidence; I felt like D was meant to be amoral/sociopathic but could have affected a more icy/soulless demeanor if that was the case; in M’s case it was hard to tell if he was conflicted or just weak; giving him a moment of final defiance (whether to confess he had not done his task and thought it was wrong, or even perhaps that he was an infiltrator) might help with resolving his arc.

My overall impression

A great concept with a lot of potential and some solid performances, but could use some refinement.
