I thought Monday Morning was a brilliant take on modern racism and its transparency in the college football world. A hushed topic good ole boys would rather not talk about brought into a realistic scenario. The writer seemed to have done his share of research and I felt the actors did justice in bringing the script to life. Cheese & Things was a delightful opening... Giving you a hilarious peek at a conversation between two women having some real, albeit funny, talk. ... full review

Very well done. The opening comedy was very funny with rapid fire jokes that kept you laughing from start to finish. Monday Morning was a perfect bookend as it artfully elevated the very heavy issues of violence, racism, and broken friendships. I left the theater thoroughly satisfied having seen two extraordinarily well executed plays. Recommend this to everyone, both shows need to be seen by a much wider audience. ... full review

I think this combination of appetizer and main dish is well worth seeing. Cheese & Things is quite funny, and Monday Morning is quite spectacular and topical. They represent — in a more traditional one-act play sense — the best of what Fringe could be. Full writeup at https://cahighways.org/wordpress/?p=14459... full review
