LOSANGELES, May 1, 2018 — Against their better judgment, several theatrical producers have allowed the New Bad Boys of Magic to return to the Hollywood Fringe Festival, where the Bad Boys were proclaimed one of the top “10 Shows to See” last year by TimeOut Los Angeles.
The New Bad Boys of Magic (Daniel Donohue & Eric Siegel) will present COKE & MIRRORS, the new story of their rise and fall from Las Vegas headliners to Los Angeles children’s entertainers. They combine Chicago-style sketch comedy with Hollywood stage trickery, interweaving NSFW characters with top-notch illusions. And, yes, the audience can drink.
“I can’t believe they’re having us back,” said Donohue, “If our Amazing Disappearing Fifth of Rum Trick didn’t get us permanently banned from the festival, surely our Cups and Tide Pods routine will.”
