How to be Lazy and Not Feel Guilty – A Play, Not a Self-help Seminar
Leaky Faucet & Sons Make Hollywood Fringe Debut
Los Angeles, CA – Jenine overworks herself until she goes insane in this hour long, satirical play featuring an eccentric ensemble of characters. How to be Lazy and Not Feel Guilty premieres at this year’s Hollywood Fringe Festival with the talents of director Natasha Gualy and writer Drew Petriello. They are Leaky Faucet & Sons and have created an ensemble comedy that is as absurd as it is biting and honest.
“Our society values people who work themselves into the ground,” writer and co-founder Drew Petriello said of his inspirations. “I wrote this play with my overworked girlfriend in mind, though I came to realize it’s about me, my friends, my family, acquaintances, and anyone else whose idea of success is entrenched in Puritan work ethic.”
