What I liked

Although perhaps not a direct line, Beckett’s existential themes and absurdist point of view lend themselves quite well to the journey one takes when they volitionally agree to enter an escape room. The actors (especially Mason Conrad) did a magnificent job in both interpreting the source material as well as facilitating the process. Appropriate levels of audience engagement were flawlessly proportioned throughout the show. Bottom line, it was a lot of fun.

What I didn't like

That it only ran for one day. I want my friends to experience this.

My overall impression

Such a seamless integration of classic theater, critical thinking, and audience participation. A lot of fun and clearly a highlight of this year’s Fringe.
