What I liked
The nuanced and very specific work of the folks on stage. The incorporation of elements evocative of classical Greek thetre. The bombast of the antagonist. There is too much good here to talk about. See this show before it’s gone.
What I didn't like
That I ignored warnings and did not bring tissues.
My overall impression
Truly and deeply moving. It is hard for words to do justice to the feelings evoked in this piece. Incredibly strong performances, elegant and effective staging, and heartbreaking source material combine into a powerful work of theatre.
