What I liked

In Marilyn Monroe: The Last Interview, a one-woman show produced, written by, and starring gorgeous actress Kelly Mullis: the IT girl of 2018. The brilliant play was set in Marilyn Monroe’s living room in Brentwood, California, August 1962. This fun-filled tragic romp premiered to a sold out house at the Hollywood Fringe Festival winning the Encore Award. Mullis is a multi talented, flesh and blood, three-dimensional actress and a dead ringer for Monroe. The show is tragic at times also hilarious faking an orgasm. The writing and acting is lined with empathy, devotion, and love for Marilyn’s memory. Directed with expertise and passion by Odalys Nanin. Co-directed by Wayne Orkline. Running time 65 minutes (no intermission) at The Lounge Theatre. This play has been extended: Sunday, July 8 at 5pm and Sunday, July 22 at 7:30 pm. Elissa.EatonAlive Enterprises
